As part of our ongoing effort to stay in touch with Yoga Workshop sanga members who live all over the world, we’ve created a Blog!

It will be updated on a regular basis with news of Richard’s teaching and what’s happening at the Yoga Workshop. The blog is designed to be an informational source rather than a discussion forum (because as you may have experienced we can’t seem to keep up with emails, so we know we wouldn’t be able to stay on top of answering comments on a blog). Our first installments are photos, commentary and coming soon, some audio files from Richard’s teaching abroad this fall.

So even if you couldn’t make it to Asia this time, you can catch a glimpse of what it was like. Look for multimedia from our studio, the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park, and from Richard’s teaching in Chicago this October.
