Richard's month-long Teachers Intensive, offered each year in Boulder, is an immersion course through which students experience first-hand how asana practice, meditation, anatomy, philosophical study and chanting can be woven together for deep insight into yoga as a living art.

Richard also offers a advanced Intensives in Boulder and others throughout the world on various topics related to asana which are studied as part of an in-depth exploration of a specific classical Indian text.

In addition, Richard teaches or co-teaches a part of a number of Teacher Trainings through schools in other parts of the United States and around the world.
